James Hursthouse
Founder & CEO, Online Game Services, Inc.

James Hursthouse is Founder and CEO of Online Game Services Inc., a San Jose-based company that has been refining its Game Service Provider business model since its inception in June 2004. The company provides game companies with fully-managed dedicated game hosting services, comprising best-of-breed server and network infrastructure, expert network design, deployment and operations. OGSi's "pay-as-you-grow" business model offsets much of the risks and costs associated with online game deployment and operations. James is also the Editor-in-Chief of the IGDA's 2007 Persistent World White Paper project, and a member of the Steering Committee for the Online Games SIG of the IGDA. James spent ten years in Japan prior to moving to the US and is fluent in Japanese.
