Registering for OGDC

Q. How can I register for OGDC?

A. You will be able to register online at the current rate of $345 until registration ends on Monday, May 7th. Between May 8th and May 11th, the end of the show, registration will be $495 on-site.

Q. How will I be notified that my registration is confirmed?

A. When you register online you will receive your confirmation email. You will also receive notifications about the event through our events updates newsletter, including information on new speakers, travel, and hotel arrangements.

Q. Can I register at the conference?

A. Yes, onsite registration is available — however, it will be available at $495, instead of the current $345 Internet rate.

Q. When do I receive my admittance badge?

A. Badges will be distributed on-site in the Registration area. You must obtain your badge to be admitted into the Conference/Receptions.

Q. How does the press register?

A. Press attendance will be limited and preference will be given to our Media Partners. Other press passes issued will be distributed by the weight and relevance of the media portal to the focus of OGDC, industry awareness of the writer, and other factors. This process is both subjective and objective, and subject to Evergreen Events’ sole determination.

Promotion and Sponsorship Opportunities

Q. What are the Promotion & Sponsorship opportunities at OGDC?

A. Sponsorships are available from $500 to $15,000.

Speaking at OGDC

Q. I am interested in speaking at OGDC. How do I submit a speaking proposal?

A.The call for speakers has ended January 22, 2007. If you are interested in participating on a panel or speaking at a future OGDC, contact our advisory board at speak@ogdc2007.com
